We have a room exclusively dedicated to free weights and plate-loaded equipment.  Many of the plate-loaded machines feature HOIST’S revolutionary rocking motion which extends the range of movement for each repetition.  Also in this area are 3 bench Presses and two beautifully engineered 7 degree Smith Machines; all by HOIST.   We recently installed  a HAMMER STRENGTH top of the range Power Rack fully optioned for us in the USA, including a set of bumper plates.  Naturally there are also full sets of dumbbells and barbells.
