Circuit
Our super circuit provides an aerobic workout incorporating variable degrees of hydraulic resistance. Because the exercises are weight-bearing, there is the additional benefit of developing both muscular toning and increased bone density.
An average session is approximately 45 minutes, but as there is no time limit, you can choose a longer or shorter duration. Each individual movement is for one minute rotating in a set order from one exercise to the next. One of the main advantages of our circuit is that it is available at all times and there are no set classes. Join in when it suits you!
