Free Weights
We have a room exclusively dedicated to free weights and plate-loaded equipment. Many of the plate-loaded machines feature HOIST’S revolutionary rocking motion which vastly extends the range of movement for each repetition. Also in this area are 3 bench Presses and two 7° Smith Machines; all by HOIST. Naturally there are also full sets of dumbbells and barbells.
